Knowing Peter Dunne is in the pocket of the alcohol and tobacco lobby and has consistently blocked New Zealand from changing the legal status of Cannabis, it is unsurprising to see him spewing forth the pseudo science of the pro-fluoride lobby too.
But the speech was just so infuriating with it's characterization of anyone questioning the science of fluoridation being a "tin foil hat wearing UFO abducted" conspiracy theorist, that I simply had to make the facts and his blatant misrepresentation of them abundantly clear.
