"I Lift Up My Eyes" Where does my help come from? Psalm 121 (music)

To lift up my eyes I must take them off of my surroundings and place them on something - on someone - other than me. I must lift up my expectations first, my hope, my trust, and then my eyes will follow. My eyes are my point of focus; I lift them up to readjust my gaze and follow the One who is able to change what I cannot. I lift up my eyes to the hills, from whence comes my help. I must lift them - no one will lift them for me. I... must lift up my eyes.
