D9 Blockchain Governance: Ensuring Decentralization and User Control #shorts

All blockchain networks are defined by a group of developers. If we treat the blockchain seriously, as something fundamental in our economy then who guarantees that this group of developers will take the best choices that are good for the participants in the economy? Even with all their good intentions of theirs, there is no reason to believe so. And they themselves, the developers themselves are aware of this and therefore they don’t want to take serious decisions.

An economy controlled by a small group of developers cannot really work. How can we make a blockchain network which is controlled by its users in a way that can actually work in practice?
