Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg wants Southwest Airlines "to do right" by its customers. What, exactly, does that mean?

The issue is causing major problems. People are stranded, the costs are going up. Add the major storm that traveled through the Midwest and has left over 30 people in the Northeast dead, and you have even greater issues.

Who is at fault here? How does it get fixed? And why does Sec. Buttigieg think he's helping?
