Southwest travel nightmare could last in to the new year

Southwest airlines canceled more than half of its flights again today, leaving thousands of travelers stranded across the country. The Pilot’s association is placing the blame on the company’s outdated scheduling software. Southwest’s CEO is promising to modernize systems.
