MARS has dozens of colonies in the northern hemisphere. They have huge industrial setups that cater to more than 900 alien species. Colonists are not in a good state of health, they were brainwashed during 50s and 60s, and are told they are the few selected ones and Earth has been destroyed after they left to Mars

ICC has MONORAIL MAGLEVS which goes into a portal and at the other end it comes out of the Portal. It still remains hovering over the rails upon exiting the PORTAL. This is the way they travel to different moons and planets in our SOLAR SYSTEM

There are THREE kinds of PORTAL SYSTEMS:

If you want to go to a solar system which is 10 solar systems away, then you might have to make 2-3 hops in between. The hops can be a station like the circular stargates as in the movie or it can be the top of the structure just like the step pyramids. All the star gates on the earth have been buried. Wars have been fought over them. Every destination including earth has an address just like mac address (mac address is the m/c hardware address). For earth, first three are between 1-9, 2nd three are between 1-99 and the last three are between 1-999 depending on what you needed it for. For earth last three are 606 and for mars 605
