Well, we are already at our last episode for 2022; it’s hard to believe how fast the year has gone by. I’m actually this will be part one of a two-parter so that I can take a little bit of time off to be joined by my volunteer PR guy, Richard Mitchell, for today’s episode, and we’ll do a bit of review of 2022, talk about, uh, what’s going on in society, and talk about some legal highlights for the year.
