Sara Blackwell, Protect US Workers, discusses H-1B Visa Use and Abuse and how the H-1B system is being used to outsource and displace American workers. The ultimate objective is to offshore and export American jobs overseas.

Sara Blackwell is President and attorney at the Blackwell Firm in Sarasota, Florida, she teaches Employment Law at University of South Florida in Tampa and is a published author. Ms. Blackwell has worked for large defense firms and in defense of American workers for most of her legal career. She recently started a new organization, Protecting U.S. Workers, for the purpose of being able to provide quality, fair priced, employment and legal representation on a personal level.
