Southwest Pilot Association VP blames flight cancelation chaos on outdated IT system

Captain Michael Santoro, Vice-President of the Southwest Airlines Pilot Association, says that while the storm last week was the catalyst for the cancellation chaos with Southwest Airlines, the actual point of failure was the “outdated” IT system for the airline’s scheduling system.
