Exploring the Great Central Railway

The Great Central Railway that I'm covering started at the Original St Helens Central Station located on Britchly street in St Helens town centre ti ran through Blackbrook' Haydock ending at Lowton St Mary's were the line would join the Wigan northern line. Although this railway has long since been lifted I follow it's exact path looking and any remains of what once was the towns major railway
We will be looking at the remains of the viaducts and any other relics that may still remain.
