It's one of the worst airline meltdowns ever seen. Southwest Airlines is in chaos this morning, planes grounded with passengers stranded, some for days to come. Now the federal government says it will examine this travel nightmare, calling the cancellations "unacceptable." ABC's Morgan Norwood has the details.
