Ingredients:

• 120g cornstarch biscuits
• 3 tablespoons lemon zest
• 1 can (395g) condensed milk
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1 liter of cream ice cream

Method:

Put the cookies in the blender to grind until it becomes a farofa. In a container mix the ground cookies with the lemon zest and set aside.

Place condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl and mix until thickened.
Now arrange in individual portions or on a platter, as follows:
• cookies farofa
• lemon cream
• cream ice cream
and it starts again with the biscuit crumbs...

*It's delicious, too bad I got a little platter!!!
