139. Know this, My new disciples: Your worship and tribute to the Lord must be constant, and you must not wait for a specific time or day to offer them, just like the love of the Father for you is constant. For if you wish to know how to remember My works of love on a daily basis, and without falling into fanaticism, I will tell you how: By loving one another shall your life be a perpetual reverence of Him who created everything.

140. Do as such, and I will grant you what you humbly request of Me: To forgive your faults. I offer you comfort and I ease your pain, but I tell you: When you recognize your faults and your conscience judges you, pray, correct your errors, and brace yourselves with strength, so you may not commit the same mistakes again and have to repeatedly ask Me to forgive you. My Word teaches you to elevate yourselves and attain enlightenment and spiritualization.

141. “I thirst”, I said to the crowd that did not understand My words and reveled in My agony. What could I even say today, when I see it is not just a crowd, but the entire world that wounds My Spirit, unaware of My pain?

142. My thirst is eternal, unfathomably great, and only your love can quench it; so why do you offer Me external worship instead of love? Do you not know that, as I ask you for water, you offer Me gall and vinegar?

143. Truly, I say to you: Those who have suffered much and wounded Me most often, shall be the ones to love Me most intensely, and from their hearts shall ceaselessly flow offerings to My divinity. They will not be material offerings, nor psalms or earthly altars; they know that the most pleasing offering and worship for Me are the works of love which they perform towards their brethren.

144. Day after day your spiritual prayer reaches Me; prayer whose language your material nature does not understand, for it is not of words pronounced by your lips, nor of ideas formed by your mind. The prayer of the spirit is so profound that it is beyond human power and understanding.

145. Through this prayer the spirit reaches the regions of peace and light, where great spirits dwell. In that realm the spirit sates itself with its essence and then returns to its ephemeral body, passing the collected strength onto it.

146. My People: The time for you to understand how to pray has come. Today I am not telling you to fall to the ground in prostration; I do not teach you to pray with your lips, or to call upon Me with choice words in beautiful prayers. Today I tell you: Seek Me with your thoughts, elevate your spirit, and I will always descend and have you feel My presence. Should you not understand how to talk to your God, then your repentance, your thoughts, your pain, and your love will be enough for Me.

147. That is the language I hear and understand; the language of truth and sincerity, devoid of words: This is the prayer I have taught you during this Third Era.

148. Whenever you have done a good deed, you have felt My peace, tranquility and hope, for that is when the Father is very close to you.

149. I reject all that is vain and of human grandeur, for only that which is spiritual reaches My Spirit, that which is noble and elevated, pure and eternal. Remember what I told the woman of Samaria: “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must do so in spirit and truth.” Seek Me within the infinite, the pure, and there you shall find Me.

150. Why offer Me what I had created for you? Why do you gift Me flowers when it was not you who created them? On the other hand, if you offer Me deeds of love, compassion, forgiveness, justice, and assistance to your fellow men...
