Minute Prayer. Lighten a Heavy Heart

Dear God,

I come to you today with a heavy heart, feeling overwhelmed and weighed down by the challenges and difficulties of life. I know that you are always with me, carrying me through every struggle and hardship.

Please give me the strength and courage to face each day with hope and grace. Help me to trust in your love and your plan for my life, even when things seem uncertain or difficult.

I pray that you would give me peace and comfort in times of stress and worry, and help me to find joy and gratitude in the midst of life's challenges.

Thank you for being my loving and faithful God, always present to lift me up and carry me through. I trust in your love and your plan for my life, and I pray that you would lighten the burden of my heavy heart.
