It is time to stop making New Year's Resolutions and start making life goals and changes. Resolutions bring more stress than anyone needs, but making goals and achieving them, no matter how big or small, can bring a sense of accomplishment. And striving for goals will bring you peace and satisfaction instead of stress. So, toss those resolutions and start working toward goals and changes that will enhance your life!
