Q: According to the how we test criteria, do you believe Tau could be deemed an “investment contract” (or unregulated security) by an entity such as the SEC?
A: Regarding the first question, I don’t know. We speak with lawyers and they also don’t know for sure. They know that up until the end of 2017. It was quite clear that it is okay, but after the updated the guidelines, then we just don’t know. But anyway we didn’t sell tokens when things changed. To be careful we now don’t deal with the U.S. token at all.
