DIY Metal Layered Ornament | (Metal Casting)

Making layered ornaments are fun! They are so easy to make using a laser cut file. You can easily find FREE SVG Cut Files on the internet. For this layered ornament I'm going to make the layers using 4.8mm Foam board. I'll use my CNC to cut ouch each layer. When finished I'll glue them all together. Using colored sheets of foam, making a layered ornament can be fun. However for this project I'll be making a metal layered ornament. I'll need to melt some metal in order to do this, and do what is known as Lost Foam Casting. It is very dangerous and should only be performed by myself and others that have experience. I hope you enjoy the video.
