Becker's Easy Eats S02E08: Easy Patty Melt

Patty Melt must be the grand daddy of cheeseburgers - juicy beef patties topped with melted cheese and caramelized onion between griddled bread. What is not to love?

This is my take on the American classic. Try making them at home! Perfect meal with fries and salad or soup.

Easy Patty Melt
Ingredients:

200 g minced beef
½ yellow onion (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
4 slices bread (white or whole grain)
40 g grated cheese
4 slices processed cheddar cheese
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
