In this spectacular video, large animal handler Eduardo Cerio, thanks to the efforts of a tiger, nearly avoids being mauled by a leopard. Yes, the big cat handler can be seen having a good time with the sanctuary's lion pride at the Black Jaguar White Tiger refuge in Mexico. However, he has no idea that a leopard is in fact sneaking up behind him and dashing into his path. But just as Eduardo is about to be attacked by the leopard, Dharma, a huge tiger flies through the air and knocks it to the ground.

The courageous tiger known as Azeltan had been unwinding in the shade of its kind caregiver before displaying these astonishing split-second reactions. Just a few seconds after recognizing the situation with his remarkable speed and skill, Azeltan seized Dharma and pinned the leopard to the ground. Dharma was probably just having fun with the man, but considering the leopard's size and razor-sharp claws, the zookeeper, that is Eduardo, may have suffered serious injuries
