Today we are talking about my favorite way to catch bass and possibly the most popular and maybe the most productive way to fish! We are talking about the Texas rig!

I see so many anglers just dragging a Texas rig. Like it’s a boring lure. In this video I display a way you can “finesse “ a Texas rig and improve your catch ratio!

This is a known method but I still don’t see people utilizing this way of a Texas rig!

Wanna know how to do it???

Cast your Texas rig in the body of water your fishing

Let the bait sink to the bottom of the pond or lake!

Then hop the Texas rig up and down.

After hopping the Texas rig a couple of times reel in the slack!

Practice bouncing the bait!

Of course remember to always experiment! Try changing the color worm! Try changing how fast you retrieve! Experiment!
