Ingredients

For the cookies
1 cup maida
1 cup atta
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger powder
⅛ tsp ground cloves
½ cup softened butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup jaggery
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla
3 + ½ tbsp warm milk

For icing
2 egg whites
4 cup icing sugar, sifted twice.
