Saved by our Afflictions | Predestination

The distinction between punishment and suffering is the presence of an order against which our behavior is being corrected.

Hell does not simply conceptualize suffering over infinite time and infinite magnitude, but suffering that is unexplained, unjustified and undeserved.

A Hell from which there is no escape and no mercy is a state of confusion, Punishment that has no remedy, behavior that is not being corrected or judged.

Our afflictions indicate and improper relationship with reality as we conceive it.

An internal hypocrisy and a contradiction of experience based on the order which we accept to the universe.

Afflictions are caused by our false beliefs concerning the cause of the phenomena of life.

Demons, devils, Satan are representations of false gods, an order that is inconsistent and incorrect.

Our suffering is caused by the removal of these false beliefs, these false gods, and our redirection towards behavior governed by the correct Order and the one true God.

Heaven is not a state of endless, meaningless pleasure and manic joy because this is a state of confusion in itself and easily leads to beliefs in false gods that then must be removed through suffering and have the additional tragedy of loss from the inevitable depression.

This is why it is difficult for the rich man to enter Heaven.

The richness is not necessarily material, but in belief.

An abundance of false causes to the phenomena of life bars an individual from the true Cause.

It is easy to take credit for success and that credit must be paid back to achieve ultimate success.

Heaven is harmony.

And the total harmony that we can experience must come from the abandonment of false gods, incorrect causes and the focus on the one correct Cause.

If we can see our affliction as not only the product of this correction process, but the process in itself, the furnace burning off unnecessary, hindering, impure spiritual material.

We see that affliction is not only useful towards the realization of our goals, but fundamentally necessary for the ultimate realization of the Purpose of our lives.
