In this episode of my interview series, I am joined by Sohan SM. Sohan is an engineering manager at Google and was a Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft prior to this. Sohan has a MSc and PhD from the University of Calgary.

He shares his journey into the tech industry, gives tips for aspiring developers and shares his insight about how you can get a tech job without a university degree or much industry experience.
