MDG MacArthur's War SEP 50 - UN and Gen MUD

The UN was poised for another lightning strike but then... rain/mud. No invasion, all movement halved, and only 1 Air Point. Because of that, they had to settle for sealing and reducing the pocket while slogging up the peninsula. The KPA has a chance to reinforce Seoul and the northern part of South Korea now...

Note: I thought it was the Oct turn, but realized my mistake and set to Sep. The weather roll would have been RAIN in Sep also so no change.
