Object Captured in Pasto Columbia

Eyewitness Statement:

The object was flying over the area near the covered coliseum in the south of the city of Pasto. It emitted a white light, I thought it was a drone, but due to its movement and lack of flashing light I ruled it out.
It was at least 5 minutes, going in and out of the cloud. It did not emit any sound and it was not possible to identify what type of material it appeared to have on its surface, only the white light was constantly observed.

This video obviously isn't long enough, nor does it depict what was translated from the eyewitness statement where it's filmed for 5 minutes, it's sadly only filmed for less then 10 seconds.

This could be a drone or it could be something else - who knows, as the date and time provided are a few years out - it would be likely hard to find anyone else to collaborate.
