I Lost My Shoe On Stepn (currently 1800$) 😪 And no help for now

I did just upgrade from 7 to 8 go to sleep and wake up to a screen without my shoe.. Hope any admin that can help see this video. I have sent for all support channels they have but I can understand there maybe are like 300 000 in front of me that need help with something.
