The Temptation Of Christ happens immediately after Christ's first sermon to repent and announce the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Why is that account there? Why is it important? Because at the very beginning of Jesus' ministry, He wants us to see how He will operate throughout his ministry and be our perfect example as the Second Adam.
