RTY, ES and NQ have pretty much failed to gain key levels. ES needs to hold 4232.75 and take out 4303.25 for Buyers or we test 4214.75 / 00 and then possibly PDL and 4163.75. NQ needs above 13410 and Buyers cannot let 13220.75 fail. Otherwise could get ugly.
