In today's video, I talk about how last week was a pretty rough one with my sleep getting messed up (as I mentioned in a post the other day due to my using a powerful detoxing tool that is sometimes helpful and effective but it made my stomach super active all week). And as a result I was super frustrated and cried and hit my pillow a bit, but I didn't give up, because I know in my heart of hearts that healing is possible for me and I will soon be at the point where I'm all better, I just have to fight and push through a little bit longer. And in spite of the difficult week, I still made the effort to continue being my genuine kind hardworking version of myself and as a result I was still able to make some massive accomplishments and have some fun times while going through all that, which then led to a near PR on my lift this week. So in short, if it's something that you know is meant for you, don't ever give up until you reach the destination! It may take some time as great things do, but if you give yourself the right inputs every day, the universe will have no choice but to give you what you desire or something even better!
