Marsden is a large village in the Metropolitan Borough of Kirklees, West Yorkshire, England.
The Church of St Bartholomew was completed in 1899,The tower was built in 1911,
The Standedge canal tunnel on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal runs from Marsden to Diggle and is the longest, highest and deepest on England's canal network
