The famous noodle of Hong Kong cuisine named Gong Zai Mee. It like a fast food. Add on an egg, sausage, ham, or luncheon can make it more tasty and delicious. Almost all the restaurant we called "cha chan sat" have provided this gong zai mee. The menus at restaurants always make this meal in breakfast packages or lunch packages with a glass of teh or coffee.
