Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent visit by ATF agents to a Delaware man's home who had the audacity to actually purchase more than one firearm at a time. This, of course, led to a video about what to do and NOT to do if ATF comes knocking at your door. But that then led to some debate about how many guns must you purchase, and over what time, before an FFL is required to notify ATF. So, what really is the rule? Well today we break down ATF Form 3310.4 so that you can arm yourself with education.
