Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses four cases today that were GVR'd from SCOTUS back to the lower courts. These cases deal with conceal carry license issues, AR Bans and Magazine Bans. The Grant, Vacate and Remand (GVR) is used when the higher court believes the lower court misapplied the law. SCOTUS is very clearly sending a message that either they fix this or the Supreme Court will.
