All the New Definitions That You Need to Become Familiar With

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses one of the major implications of House Bill 1705, which became effective July 1, 2022. Under 1705 a litany of new and amended definitions have been added to RCW 9.41.010, which is the definitional section of our State's firearms regulations.
