What the Department of Justice Really Thinks About Medical Marijuana Patients.
Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses an ongoing suit in the state of Florida which challenges the Federal Government's ban on medical marijuana patients possessing firearms. While this lawsuit has a very slim chance of being successful, we all should pay attention to some of the arguments made by the Department of Justice in their memorandum for a motion to dismiss. in particular, careful attention should be many of the historical examples given by the United States in support of this arbitrary ban.
