The Assault Weapons Ban Passes Out of the House....Now What?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the passage of HR 1808 out of the House of Representatives, which now heads to the Senate for debate. This bill, arguably the most sweeping and restrictive gun legislation ever passed from the House, If enacted into law, this bill would literally ban 80-90% of the firearms currently in circulation, the real question is "what are the chances that this passes out of the Senate and becomes law?" That's exactly the issue we discuss today in this late night edition of arming yourself with education.
