The Deep State And Your Free Will: Neuralink

In another of three videos detailing how the Deep State plans on using advances in our brains and emerging technologies to literally get inside of our brains and effect changes, we also sound the alarm on the dark side of what is called the neuralink.
Neuralink is being developed by entrepreneur Elon Musk and it hopes to help quadriplegics and paraplegics to give them the ability to have access to their limbs again by a direct connection to robotic limbs.
It sounds good until you realize such a chip in one's brains has the ability to communicate with machines, the internet and even other people's brains. While there is a huge upside to this, there is an equally huge downside which is detailed in this video.
Could this be the way a strong delusion is created as predicted in 2 Thessalonians 2:11?
