As we slowly make the transition to full-time living on the homestead, we continue to sharpen our homesteading skills. The apiary has grown incredibly over the last year! It's time to take the very first colonies of bees to Kowalski Mountain to begin establishing our apiary on the homestead.
Moving honeybees over 700 miles takes some preparations and planning to legally transport the bees. Join us as we load the beehives, deal with an unexpected departure, and establish the Kowalski Apiary II on Kowalski Mountain.

Its hard to deny that Philip and I were meant for each other. We make a great team! We seem to be able to accomplish more than the average couple in record time. Since our Kentucky dream is built in short workcations, our ability to get things done is a huge asset.
