Did the ATF Entrap People by Selling FRT Triggers and Solvent Traps?

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the affirmative defense of "entrapment." Recently, when rumors started circulating that ATF may have GunBroker accounts and may have been selling items to individuals online, many of you cried immediately that this was "entrapment." But is is? The answers may surprise you. Entrapment is a much more complicated defense than many realize and in most instances is literally impossible to prove.
