Unboxing, tests and review of a Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s iced tea.

The Gibson Les Paul Standard is not a cheap guitar and it is unusual for me to review an expensive guitar as I have only ever reviewed a couple. Here in the UK they are between £2000 and £2400 which I'm sure you'll agree is quit a chunk of money but I think this guitar is actually worth the money. The Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s 2022 is a very well made and very nice sounding guitar that I would recommend if you have the money and want a guitar of this style.

I bought this guitar from Rich Tone Music (UK) who I have never used before and they were very helpful and answered my inquiries very quickly. To find out more about them here is their website;

When reviewing guitars I concentrate on the guitar so you get a proper look at the guitar in detail. I also try to explain jargon to make the review more clear to new guitarists who are just learning about guitars. I don't normally review more expensive guitars like this one. But because the Gibson Les Paul is such an iconic guitar that is known of by so many people I couldn't ignore the opportunity to review the guitar.
