Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent ruling in Sullivan v. Ferguson, the suit to overturn RCW 9.41.375, Washington's magazine ban. Recently, the Court denied several motions by Defendant's King and Kitsap County to either have them removed as Defendant's for failure to state a claim against them, or to have the lawsuit dismissed outright for failing to either state a claim or establish standing to bring this challenge. The Court, very wisely and soundly, rejected all of these arguments so that matter can proceed forward. What does this mean to you, the lawful and responsible gun owner?
