Elections day director Scott Jarrett was asked about a 19" image being printed on a 20" paper, as has been done all throughout early in person voting with no issue.

But on election day, as we learned has happened in Nov 2020, the 2020 primaries and the 2022 primaries, these Ballot on Demand printers had some issues: They "shrink to fit" the ballot PDF onto 20" paper. I'm not sure how a 20" ballot printed on a 20" paper "Shrinks" to 19", but apparently it does.

The image referenced is a side by side of a spoiled BOD ballot and the standard 20" election day ballot.
