Chile's military bolsters border security after expelling migrants

Chile has expelled dozens of migrants after some were blamed for the death of a truck driver last week.
The government has imposed a 15-day state of emergency, saying it was necessary to maintain security and public order.
Many of the deported are from Venezuela and the security clampdown is affecting Chileans, too.
