Gluten Free Sugar Cookies - With Royal Icing, A Christmas Tradition | Chef Terry

Holiday cookies are a favorite holiday tradition. The family gathered around to make Sugar cookies, Butter Cookies or Gingerbread. For this video I wanted to make Sugar cookies and to make them gluten free.

Gluten Free Sugar Cookies
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoons Salt
3 cups Almond Flour
1 cup Oat Flour

Royal Icing
3 ounces Egg Whites
4 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Amaretto Extract
