Ham Repeater- Severe Fading. Is it on my end?

This repeater was horrible today. It used to be pretty decent until some huge power lines were installed in the area. This was real bad today, I was wondering if I had an antenna problem.

It's only 35.5 miles to the repeater, it should sound a lot better than this. Something is definitely messing with it. Repeaters that are further away sound better.
