How California's Recent Loss Summarizes Gun Control in a Nutshell

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent beat down that the State of California took in the matter of Miller v. Bonta, which challenges the Constitutionality of California Civil Rule 1021.11, likely to be known someday as California's Unconstitutional fee shifting law. Today we learn that the State of California attempted to argue "no harm no foul" as they "really didn't ever intend on enforcing the law." This, of course, begs the question, why did you pass it to begin with? Well the Honorable Judge Benetiz in San Diego was not too persuaded by the State's arguments and has denied their motion to dismiss this lawsuit.
