Another Cold Start for the Accord - With and With Out Temp Sensor + Cold revs

I don't suggest reving a cold engine too much, probably hard to tell from the video, but with temp sensor it responded to the throttle a fair bit better. This car does have a rev limiter when in Park/Neutral of around 4k rpm.
