A Philadelphia gas station owner who was tired of the constant criminality that endangered his staff and customers hired heavily armed security guards to keep an eye on his establishment.

The owner stated, "They are forcing us to hire the security, high-level security, state level," and subsequently added, "We are tired of this nonsense; robbery, drug trafficking, hanging around, gangs."
