Apart from Exoplanets, there is another group of planets known as "rogue planets". Rogue planets are roaming the galaxy untethered without a parent star. Rogue planets or orphaned planets are dark and cold and they always drift in the vastness of space. Rogue planets are of different sizes and it is estimated that there are around quadrillion rogue planets in our galaxy.
