COOL-TONE BLACK SHIMMER SMOKEY EYE W/ *GREEN* POP OF COLOR | ColourPop Rock Candy & Just My Luck

For my birthday, I decided to go ALL OUT!! 💚 I am all about this black shimmer smokey eyeshadow look, and the POP of green color along the lower lash line just completes everything perfectly. I used the @colourpopcosmetics Rock Candy and Just My Luck palettes to create this combination, and the black and green colors go together just beautifully. I gradually blended out the smokey eye by starting with the lightest, cool-tone neutral colors from the Rock Candy palette and slowly darkening the color to black. Then I added the black shimmer that is the star of this smokey eye. I finished it off with that pop of green shimmer along the lower lash line from the Just My Luck palette - and VIOLA!
